Craftmanship
Remigio Pratesi’s passion for excellence established a tradition of exceptional craftsmanship passed down through four generations. More than a century later, love and quality continue to be the foremost legacy of the house.
Today, our linens are made with the precise care and artistry with which Remigio's trousseau was created. Every step of our process is thoughtfully considered to attain the utmost quality.
Derived from rare, extra-long staple and Egyptian cotton, our linens are first woven at the finest Italian mills. They are then transported to our cutting atelier where generational experts hand cut to size.

Derived from rare, extra-long staple and Egyptian cotton, our linens are first woven at the finest Italian mills. They are then transported to our cutting atelier where generational experts hand cut to size. From there, the fabric travels to the embroidery ateliers to be needle-worked by the best embroiderers. Once complete, the linens are transferred back to the cutting atelier, where skilled cutters trim around the delicate embroidery as the final step.
Every Pratesi piece has an embroidered logo, and our signature inside finish is the elusive French seam. Our embroidered bath mats and robe collars are double-faced so that the underside is just as beautiful as the top. Our Old-World methods are such that a master artisan embroiders just three flat sheets in an entire day’s work.
Such a process spares no expense, time, or effort in achieving the most artful and luxurious linens in the world.

The Legend of Angel Luxe
The Innovation of Pratesi Paradise
Angel Luxe, our signature base fabric for all embroidered collections, is named for its celestial softness, magnificent drape, and hint of alluring lucence. This percale undergoes a special, non-chemical treatment to physically open up the fibers and enable their softness and beauty to develop. Angel Luxe becomes softer and more lovely with time and regular use. We are honored to reintroduce four exquisite legacy collections and unveil a new collection based on the beloved and iconic Angel Luxe.
Only an extraordinary innovation could have propelled the legacy of our original Angel Luxe—yet we have accomplished such a feat with Pratesi Paradise, a new and exclusive percale woven from the finest gossamer Egyptian cotton thread. This elysian fabric forms the base of our FEDERICO collection.
