Alaska and Hawaii Delivery
Complimentary delivery to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS Ground with a general delivery time of 8–15 business days.
Post Office Delivery
At this time, we do not deliver to PO/UPS Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the international destinations listed below.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and tariffs. For most countries, we collect duties and taxes at checkout. If you do not see or pay for duties and taxes at checkout, then it is the customer's responsibility to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the courier upon delivery. For packages that are refused upon delivery, or are returned back to Pratesi, the customer will be responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and fees to import the items back to the Pratesi returns center, including the actual shipping costs paid to the carrier to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
