VERIFYING DOCUMENTS

After submitting your application, please provide copies of two or more verifying documents. Valid documents are required to qualify, and they should be two of the following:

A current business or state professional license

Proof of current AI or IDI provincial registration

Proof of ASID or AIA membership

Interior design certification (NCIDQ, CCIDC)

Resale or sales tax certificate
