  • WHAT IS ANGEL LUXE AND PRATESI PARADISE?

    ANGEL LUXE

    Angel Luxe, our signature base fabric for all embroidered collections, is named for its celestial softness, magnificent drape, and hint of alluring lucence. This percale undergoes a special, non-chemical treatment to physically open up the fibers and enable their softness and beauty to develop. Angel Luxe becomes softer and more lovely with time and regular use. We are honored to reintroduce four exquisite legacy collections and unveil a new collection based on the beloved and iconic Angel Luxe.


    PRATESI PARADISE

    Only an extraordinary innovation could have propelled the legacy of our original Angel Luxe—yet we have accomplished such a feat with Pratesi Paradise, a new and exclusive percale woven from the finest gossamer Egyptian cotton thread. This elysian fabric forms the base of our Federico collection.

  • HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR MY LUXURY LINENS?

    Your Pratesi linens have been exquisitely woven using the finest materials in the world, and with proper care, will grace your home for years to come. Please follow the detailed instructions on our  Care Guide to ensure the longevity of your Pratesi linens.

  • WILL MY SHEETS SHRINK?

    All natural fibers shrink to some extent, but in most instances, we generously overcut to allow for shrinkage. Do not wash or—especially—dry linens on a hot setting, which is most likely to cause shrinkage. For more instructions on how to care for your Pratesi linens, please read our Care Guide.

  • CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

    Custom embroidery colors and monogram are available for most bedding products as options on the product page.


    Custom sizes, additional embroidery colors, and bespoke monogramming can be achieved as a special project. Please visit Bespoke Services or email us at concierge@pratesi.com to learn more or to request a special project.

  • WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR MONOGRAM AND CUSTOM ORDERS?

    Each customized item is handcrafted by a skilled monogram artist. Lead times to receive products is 3-6 months after the order has been placed, though this timing may vary depending on the extensiveness of the customization. Pratesi will always provide updated timing in these circumstances.

  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    Pratesi accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Facebook Pay. The billing address must match the address registered with the payment method you want to use.


    If you receive a notification advising that the payment method has been declined, please check that:

    • The details of the card or payment information have been entered correctly;
    • The billing details provided correctly match the registered billing address;
    • The security code is correct;
    • The credit card has not expired.

    In the event that all of the above information is correct, contact your bank or the payment service provider.

  • WHEN will i be charged?

    Your selected method of payment will be charged upon placing your order. You may see a preauthorization as a pending charge upon submitting an order.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    For in stock items, orders usually ship within 1 business day, however some orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Orders placed after 12PM ET will be processed the following business day. Preorder items will ship on or around the date indicated on the product page.


    We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or the following holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day.
